House Soft Washing: common questions
Is soft washing safe for my plants?
Yes. We wet plants down before and after, and the solution is diluted and rinsed. Your landscaping is fine.
How often should I wash my house?
Once a year for most South Florida homes. Shady sides and waterfront homes may need it every 6 to 9 months.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the water on and close the windows, and we'll text you photos when we're done.
Can you clean my screen enclosure too?
Yes. Pool cages and screened lanais can be added to any house wash.
Do I need to be home?
Not for outside work. Leave the gate unlocked and the water on, and we'll text you photos when we're done. For inside windows, someone 18 or older needs to let us in.
Is pressure washing safe for my roof and stucco?
We never use high pressure on roofs or painted stucco. We soft wash, which uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills mold at the root. It lasts longer and won't crack tile or strip paint.
